About Us

Alice is a jeweller and artist, originally from Bath but currently living and working in Bristol from a home makeshift studio. 

She studied fine art sculpture at Central Saint Martins, making 3D animations of deep sea creatures and other alien like beings. She also made largescale welded steel sculptures of Japanese spider crabs and oil rigs as a statement on our negative impact on the planet. Alices artistic practice has always been centred around nature and bringing interesting forms alive.

Alongside university she discovered the Ravn School of Jewellery in Forest Hill, where she learnt some traditional and contemporary jewellery techniques from an amazing jeweller, Paul Ravn, who set up bi-weekly classes for young people to learn jewellery making and pass down the trade. This concentrated alices practice into making wearble sculptures.

Since then Alice has taught herself different casting methods and made a jewellery collection inspired by her travels around the world. Collecting little details from the landscapes, people and everyday life around her. Each piece is a way of holding onto a place, a feeling or something noticed along the way.

From October 2026 Alice will be a resident of Silver & Steel in Bristol, making jewellery making into a full time career.
