Postage~

Each piece is individually made, cast in metal from a piece of wax that is melted and lost. This takes time and care, as a one person operation : So I suggest the guidelines of allowing 2-6 weeks. If you have a deadline we can work with this though, just let me know.

If the piece is ready to ship I will aim to post it soon as I can after purchase - again, let me know if there's a deadline.

Return policy ~

I do not take returns as this is not manageable as a small business, please check all sizes and weights etc before making the commitment to purchase! I am able to resize most rings if needed, you can contact me via email, and customer covers postage costs.

Care ~

925 silver is a metal that will naturally tarnish over time; you can wear your silver pieces in water / as you wish, but expect that the metal will change. To restore, try cleaning with toothpaste, or soaking in warm water with vinegar and bicarb (lots of other tricks on the internet)
